So I am using Modernmix on windows 8.1 and LOVE it.  Especially for watching Netflix on one monitor and supposedly working on the other two.  But lately I have a recurring issue: the title bar sometimes disappears, sometimes it does not.  Any idea what this bug is about?  I have doublechecked all the correct settings and since the error duplicates itself with the same settings, i think it's authentic.  Help?

It's the title bar on the top of any program I have launched form the start screen and is enlarged to full screen.  Oddly, it was working fine (fading away as I have it set in Modermix) for two days, then not, then was.  I am (usually) pretty techincally capable; haven't done any updates, nothing different, etc etc.
