I have purchased Stardock for $4.99 and downloaded it. My computer tells me that there is no purchase or renewal (post 30-day free trial).

It would be helpful to have more detailed information.

When you purchase an app, you can download the full version from http://download.stardock.com.

You should always uninstall the trial version first.
