Decor 8 not registered

purchased and can't use it

I purchased Decor8 yesterday morning, and after numerous emails to support, and opening dispute with paypal over the purchase, I am trying this last attempt to get some help!!! After installeing the decor8 app it takes me to unlock page, when I purchased it I was sent a receipt containing the product key, but the stardock website just tells me, there are no registered purchases of decor8....so I can't unlock it!!

I have recommended Stardock to my other computer customers because of primarily the start8 app, but now I'm getting calls from them with same issues I'm getting with decor8....Help me please!!! I'm getting NO help from your support team, just automated responses telling me I'm registed with the helpdesk, but no actual help from the helpdesk!!!

I replied to your ticket just hours after you reported it.  You may want to check your spam \ junk folder for it.  I have re-sent it.

yeah...you replied but you still haven't fixed my issue!!! I didn't say you didn't reply, I said my problem hasn't been fixed after 2 days of help from support!!!

In any case, please reply to the email I sent you should you have any remaining issues and I will continue to assist.
