Activate Charms Bar with keyboard button

I'd like to see the ability to toggle the Charms Bar with a press of a keyboard button. Currently we have the ability to toggle a ModernUI app to be either full screen or windowed with the press of the F10 key on the keyboard (default setting). Well, I'd like to see the ability to be able to toggle the Charms Bar with say... F9 when working with a windowed ModernUI app.

WInkey + c should open the charms bar already.

I tried that and it didn't work. Is it because I have the Charms Bar disabled in Start8?

OK, I tried disabling the Charms disabling functions in Start8 and the WinKey+C still doesn't do anything.

That is strange. Winkey + C should open the charms bar and in testing here it is doing so.
