A Prog nerf is long overdue

On a more serious note, it makes some sense to build two Progs if you want to chain Shield Regeneration by alternating between the Progs (duration 8, cooldown 20), but most likely no more than two because the buff doesn't stack with itself, so you should wait for one to finish its effect before casting from the other. The twin Prog might be a fearsome combo vs. starbases or even low level titans, when supporting a fleet of course.

Funny, your forum join date says May of 2014, and there's been a long chain of accounts saying similar things in similar ways, and shockingly, once one pops up, the others stay silent.  Seems like someone doesn't know how to log out and change accounts.

As for being a troll, well, what else is there to do in the Rebellion sub-area but troll?  I mainly hang out in the modding area anyways, and wouldn't be in here if all these accounts hadn't popped up and posted hilarious troll statements, leading to hilarious troll replied.

He gets banned by the devs because of the massive crap he poisons the forums with. I think that is the case with several accounts, though Stilat and Hydraling is still alive.

Sounds like the old "they don't like me so they banned me" routine. Every single one of us in this thread has criticized Stardock/Ironclad for something. Just only one of us took it beyond reasonable and was banned for it.
