Issues with 1.15 AMD video/Multi Monitor

So I have 2 issues with 1.15, first the icons do not leave the task bar when I click on the red X. I unchecked the box, in task bar properties, when I click the upper left corner switch between my recent apps but that seems to have had no effect. If I right click on the title bar and choose close from the menu it leaves the task bar.

Second On my second monitor when I scroll or manipulate programs on the primary monitor I see flicker on the secondary monitor. I have the 14.4 amd drivers for my r9 270x . 1.15 seems to have helped on the flicker, but its still happening.

any Ideas on these issues
