Game chrashes at start

There's no crash dump file, I guess because it never started.

I could start the game after buying, but now one day later I can't start the game, there's no error message just the standard windows message. Tried deleting the whole game and reinstalling, didn't work. I'm running Steam and game under Windows 8.1

No and I found the reason, I had dxtory from an earlier recording session running, seems to interact negatively.
