Claim Founder's Benefits

No registration found error.

So back in late January, I bought the Founders Elite Edition from the stardock store (obviously, as there was no other way to get it at that time. :p), I just saw on steam that the alpha had recently been released, so I went to my account page and grabbed my key, downloaded the game, and launched it. I was greeted with the "Claim Founder's Benefits" window, similar to SoaSEs bind-gamekey-to-account page. That's all fine and dandy, but when I enter in my credentials, I get the error: "No registration found". I tried changing the email to my user name, and that gave me the "Please enter a valid email" error, while entering an incorrect password would result in the "Account does not exist or password was entered incorrectly" error. So it's getting to my account just fine, but apparently I'm just not allowed to continue. :/

So uh, how do I go about fixing this? As I'm unable to play the game until I pass this dialog. :c

(assuming this is actually an error, and not just me doing something wrong)

I have the same problem. I have GalCiv3 on Steam but I cannot get my benefits as a Founder. What to do?

Have you launched the game yet? I think you need to have done that and logged in with your credentials to 'register' it to your stardock account.

I do not know, but I can test the alpha just fine and during the first start-up I connected it to my Stardock account. However, I do not seem to get my Founder badge, nor can I log into the vault or name a star.

This is starting to be a bit worrying, as I cannot find anything in my Stardock account that I actually have bought the Founder Elite GalCiv3. As said, the game works perfect when I start it in Steam.

Hmmm, I would think the game should definitely be in your game downloads (https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products) are you sure you do not have any other Stardock accounts you may have linked it to? I know the info can be auto-filled if you have other SD games.

It may be that you will need to send in a support ticket (or get an official reply), you have plenty of time left for the naming a star reward so can get it sorted out.

I don't see GC3 on your account.  You need to contact [email protected] with your order details and they'll be able to sort it out.

I'd suspect you have more than one SD account.

For future reference, it turned out that I had two accounts connected to the same e-mail. This caused this issue, but was resolved by support.

Well, having internet explorer open gave no results, but I am however, able to name a star just fine, using the same credentials that I tried claiming the founder's benefits with.
