An interesting idea is manipulating Dna for create new civilizations ( with new powerful characteristics, etc) along the game. (Like Exobiology)

 

People wants more and more new races for GalCiv3.

Scientists barely understand this stuff, and you want a virtual DNA generato?. If that existed, the creator would get the peace prize. (your funny kryo. :) )

Sounds cool. May be you will have to invent new patterns of DNA(your scientists invented garilla with 4 asses.(jr something like this)) and compare them in different order.
