Unless, like someone else speculated, Steam updates their lists at 1pm (-4GMT) so it might pop up within the next 10-15 min. or so... Then again, it might be quite some time.

Steam updating their pages doesn't have much to do with it.  It's still set for this afternoon, but we can't give specific times.

You have to enter it under Games--Activate a Product on Steam

then enter the code and continue waiting patiently.

Thanks for the heads up and possible time frame. That works quite well for my current schedule. I'll be done working around 3:30-4pm EST so it should hopefully be downloaded and ready to go when I am. :D

3 PM EDT is 1900 UTC. Now everyone can use their zone number (+5 or -7 or whatnot)

another hour and 24 minutes (give or take problems).

Also, someone on the galciv chat channel is saying Steam is being cranky. don't know how true this is.

The classic Steam issue. Happens on every preorder. After the relase, it will take sevral hours to synchronize their server before download starts.

This issue repeats on almost every preorder. Only expection are games with preload option

Same activated and had print receipt option but that's it, no game showing yet
