How can I add Windowblinds Explorer background texture to my skin?

I was able to find some of the Windowblind textures under:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\Textures

However, I can't find the one highlighted below.  Does anyone know how to use that texture in a skin, so it doesnt have to be manually selected by the user?  I thought perhaps the image file I'm looking for is a .texture file in the above-mentioned directory.  However, I'm not sure what application would be able to view/convert these types of image files (other than Windowblinds).

I tried using "PEVSoft Images2TGA"; which supposedly recognizes .texture files; however, it still couldn't read these files.  Maybe, it's a proprietary image format specific to Stardock?

Thanks for any help you can offer,

MKANET

You can open the file with 7-zip.Do not need to convert it.

You can change it with most art programs.

Also, if you want to permanently change it, do it through skin studio, explorer backgrounds.

OR, just set it as your background through wb and it will stay that way until you change it or click on the original wba again for any reason.

The texture you are showing looks just like one that is included with the latest version of Windowblinds. Changing the texture using windowBlinds will not change the Windows Explorer background. As DT said above, only way to change that is to make your own graphic, go into skinstudio, Backgrounds section than explorer backgrounds, and add it there. Once in the Explorer Background section you can see the size of the image you need. You can use that size and make to look as you wish. Either by changing the color or adding a texture. I will point out that textures don't really work well for the Windows Explorer Background but feel free to try.

Thanks for your reply.  What file type are you referring to?

The texture files!

You can extract the image from the texture file to alter.Should be a png inside the texture file.

Using 7-zip, right click on the file{texture} click open archive, then you can" open with" select the image.

You have to make a correct tile image to get a clean look. Can be difficult.

To make an explorer background in sks, open the background section, alter the images, and either apply or reimport if necessary.

If there is no glass in the skin and you want glass, you will have to create an image, save to the wb folder, import the image, apply.

If you wanted any of that info.

Hope that helps, if not, leave a post or you can pm me.

Also, if you change someones work, keep it only for you too avoid trouble .Can not share without permission, just FYI.
