Wow it'd be great if these items could be enabled through modding, sort of like a "restored content" mod.

I've gotten the air walker... uh is that he one that summons the air elemental right?
If so, it tends to pop up few turns before I run into Bacco and be forced into a battle with him super early.

I saw a AI sovereign walking around with Vetrar's Fist once.

I've seen scepter of domination few times.

My guess is you're unlucky or their rates is too low to the point of being super rare.

Everything else on your list? Its the first I heard of them xD

I'm not sure but is Ring of Mastery a exp boost ring? If so, then I have seen an Ai sovereign hold it once and I hold it once as well I think... got it off an chambercoil dragon after I accidently got ambushed by it and won.

I can confirm that I have never seen these items appear in my games.

As far as I know - and I'd be happy to be incorrect here - Likelihood: N/A (That is, not defined) means they cannot be acquired randomly; they would have to drop from a specific creature or be a quest reward or something along those lines and I cannot find that information anywhere...

That is exactly what the likelihood tag does.

Also, to the best of my knowledge, ultrarare items (Ereog's Token, the Ring of Mastery...)  don't drop randomly, even with a likelihood definition since no treasure yields that type of RarityDisplay.

I' really surprised that DLC03 items listed above are not dropping since they are supposed to be common and 390...

I'm afraid there is some hard code issue when it comes to common items. When I was updating my items mod Black Market Bazaar, it was my intention to add about 10 common items to the mix. After playing several games, not a single one showed up through random drops. Also for months now, I have added custom armors to my games which have a common RarityDisplay and a Likelihood of 400 and, likewise, they never appear randomly. They used to, a long while ago, but something happened along the way to... some patch?

Which brings us to the 4 missing Loot Pack Scrolls... Same issue?

I found out a while back when I was messing with my armor mod that if you set all items at a specific level, i.e. common or uncommon, to a specific rarity it became more likely to have an equal spread of items versus at lower rarities and higher rarities.  By empirical data, I tried out a bunch of loot drops (close to 50), I found that if you set them all to the same amount it spreads out your diversity.  So you will not just see new items but old ones as well.  Hope that is useful.

Isn't the Scepter of Dominion the one you obtain from Waerloga the Dragonlord to win the game? I don't think it actually shows up as loot at the end of the battle, but it's mentioned in the text.

If only there was a mod in the works that created, say, another alternative to the master quest, where one would actually acquire said sceptre of dominion, in the end...

: D

The above "other items" changes seem good. Also - I know I've received a Dark Concoction in Fallen Enchantress (not LH) before.

For the Scepter of Dominion - Loot for the Mastery Quest would be good - though the verbiage about sensing dragons from the quest end does not match the effects of the item.  It is pretty OP though (though if you can complete the quest, you're pretty OP too by this point :P )

For the Fist of Vetrar - I'd read it as having been named after Vetrar, not the literal fist of the elemental lord.  Be nice if it had a new (and suitably hard) quest - perhaps some power mad magical being decides to cover the world in frost, and wields this.  Give them the Blizzard ability (which IIRC doesn't have the same delay as the spell) lots of hitpoints, and a bunch of high init minions with ice staves.

For the Heart of the Void - I'd rather change Ongr's weapon instead.  He'd be better off with an Axe of some kind, maybe the Pendulum.

Why would I want the Scythe of the Void, anyway?  The -100 xp makes it useless imo... If I use Ascian's collar on Ongr, I would still like him to level up, and even more so my heroes/henchmen.

Better to give it some sort of higher level "clumsy" disadvantage.  Call it Blood Rage to make it sound better if you want.  Where if it does strike a friendly unit it also mauls...  }:)

-100% exp is a lie, Your hero using the sword still gains exp. Just a reduced amount, i'm not sure because i'm bad at math.

They will if they have some other modifier to XP.  Some of the available modifiers include (not sure if this list is inclusive):

  • Tutelage (+25%)
  • Ring of Insight (+10%)
  • Ring of Wisdom (+25%)
  • Altarian blood (+10%)
  • Having a Henchman unit with "Bard" ability in the party (+10%)
  • Having Commander heroes/henchmen/sions in the party who have picked the relevant Trainer perks (+10 to +40%)

A solo non-Altarian hero wielding the base Scythe of the Void and with no +XP equipment, enchantments, or party members, should indeed receive 0 XP from encounters (I've seen this in FE; never wielded the Scythe of the Void in LH - so I suppose it's possible that the 1XP cap or rounding in the algorithm now works differently - but if so, it will still be a negligible amount unless there's a bug.)

Not sure but I think there is a loot building that you can find if you explore the caves of Namtur, it will be named as a Temple something to the elemental lords but if you move a unit into it, you don't even find anything nor any items. :( It was tan colored. I wonder if one of those missing items was supposed to show up there.

Yeah, not sure why that temple is there (I think it's the GH_ForgottenTemple reference in the files), might have been added by patch 1.5 (Boss fix) or was it there before?

In any case, goodie hut fix is on my list of things to do. Possibly (hopefully) something I'll do next week

I might have seen it before 1.5 Not sure though, only frogboy can confirm this for sure.
