How to actually GET TotA?

I've been going around in circles now, and it's starting to really irritate me. I've been trying to get my hands on Twilight of the Arnor, as I already bought the Gold Edition sometime back and I'm kinda itching to upgrade.

So how does one actually DO THAT now? It doesn't seem to exist anywhere other than Steam now; and Steam only has the ultimate edition. I live in a rural area in Australia so I can't afford large downloads, and I'd rather than pay for the base game again. Espcieally when apparentely it used to be downloadable for just 400MB or so onto my base game. It exists on the Gamestop website but not in their app. Tell me I'm missing something...

The expansions are no longer sold separately (and haven't been for a couple of years). The whole bundle now costs what just one expansion did.

If you are limited on downloads you may be able to track down a retail copy of GC2 Ultimate, though as we only provide the full installs ourselves you would still have a large download in order to get the final patch.

Ah, ok then. Thanks for the clarification on that. How big is this other patch, out of curiosity?

Pretty small on its own, but as noted, there is no standalone installer for it. So you would need to download the entire 1.8GB install for the whole latest version of the game, which would be the same as just buying GC2 Ultimate online anyway.

Side note - I noticed on an old copy of the TA installer that I have that it would have been 1.7GB to download anyway, if it were for sale.
