Bug? Logitech display app not exiting

For a while now the Logitech display app will not exit after game exit. Its simply stuck there with the Sins of a Solar Empire text in display.

I do not shut down or reboot daily so after starting Sins a few times I have to swap through one instance for each run with the selector button on my G15 or restart the Logitech Gaming Software.

Always wanted to upload pictures of the Sins G19 display...but my keyboard looks like I eat lunch over it everyday...... :D
