Now my curiosity, would it be worth it to pick up Galactic Civilization 2, if I plan on picking up Galactic Civilization 3. Honest opinions needed.

GalCiv 2 Ultimate Edition is a steal at that price. I highly recommend anyone pick it up.

I just bought all the FE:LH DLC packs (which I'm excited about).

GC2 is a lot less expensive than GC3, so it would be worth picking up GC2 to "test the water" and see if you like that type of game, before spending more money on GC3.

I'm going to get flamed for this, but I understand that GC3 has multiplayer, and I've heard many people say MP dumbs games down, so maybe it's worth waiting for the reviews in any case.

Elemental War of Magic was bad, Elemental Fallen Enchantress was good, Fallen Enchantress Legendary Heroes is great, and getting close to classic or legendary. ;-) =)

I picked up fallen enchantress and legendary heroes in the sale. It's nice and novel. I haven't played another game like it. There are some problems with it. Mostly interface and some fuzziness around city building and outposts. (Why even have outpost I think.)
