Problem activating through Stardock (Rebellion)

Alright, so I got Rebellion through a steam gift, and after installing it, and launching it, it comes up with a screen that wants me to register it. Upon pressing the bright green 'register' button, it comes up with the screen saying that it failed to activate the product. It gives me an error notepad with these in contents.

I've tried contacting support but it's been several days on both support E-Mails, and neither have responded. Trying to take a more proactive step in getting my game to work.

You'll just have to wait for support to resolve the issue for you.

Course, I won't be surprised if Yarlen comes and says to send an email to [email protected], which, by the post, you've done already.

They eventually will.

If they don't within 5 days or so, and Yarlen or someone from Stardock hasn't noticed this thread and responded, I'll PM Yarlen with a link to this thread.

Also, it might be advisable to put your ticket number in the OP, so that any SD employee that happens to notice this thread knows what # to look for.

Yaeh, really inconvenient thus far... Curious if support will respond.

Sorry for the delay. Your ticket has been replied to. For anyone else having this issue, try opening Internet Explorer to any webpage. Leave that IE window open. Then try to activate the game. It should then go right through.

Maybe this should be stickied, just had the same problem and the internet explorer solved it right away.
