Unable to login with SDC

Possible proxy problem?

When I attempt to log in with SDC, I receive the message...

 

We're sorry, but something went wrong while trying to log you in.

Please try again.

 

I'm able to log in to the website without a problem.

I did try changing passwords just to make sure it wasn't something there.

 

Could this be a problem with proxy connections?

You could try seeing if you can log into the store... That might tell you if there's a password/sign on problem.

Open Internet Explorer and load any page.
Leave that IE window open.

 

Now try to connect.

 

Any better?

I can log in to the store fine.

I tried the Explorer suggestion, but it made no difference.

Are you on a corporate network that might block access to a company that makes games?

Same problem for me. can't connect at my office (probably proxy). Can I instal stardock soft without stardock central ?

Registrations and download links can be accessed by logging in with a Stardock account at  https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products or installing through Stardock Central (currently in beta but available at https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ ).

If you have issues activating (proxy again) you can do it manually at http://activate.stardock.com/
