Rebellion bug after steam update

God damn quick start option is always on. Started games with the option both selected and not selected and both times game started with a quick start.

Tried re-installing but that didn't do a thing.

It would be fantastic to be able to play with out god dam quick start again.

Anyone know how to fix this or had similar problem?
