Is Support Always This Unresponsive?

I have been unable to reset a password for my Stardock account and I have no sent four requests to support with no reply.

I lost my password for my Stardock account and when I used the automated system to reset it, the system would never send a e-mail to me so that I could "reset" my password. I sent three e-mails to support for help but I never received a reply. I thought perhaps something was blocking support's e-mails from getting to me (although everyone else's e-mails where getting through) so I created a brand new e-mail account and put in request to support from it -- still no reply.

All I want to do is download a patch for a game and to have to jump through hoops like this to do so is totally unacceptable. I should have bought the damn thing through Steam and I would not be having this problem.

Please note that replying to a support ticket before receiving a reply from technical support will reset the activity counter on the ticket. This will move your ticket to the end of our incoming work queue and delay our response. This is done to prevent abuse of our support system with multiple SPAM-like replies. Please reply in such a manner only if you have crucial information to add to the support case.

Having said that, support has replied.  Please check your junk or spam folders.
