Event Log Errors

I'm getting EL errors like the one below of all apps that go through ModernMix.

App Microsoft.BingWeather_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App did not launch within its allotted time.

You can ignore that one. The OS gets confused sometimes especially if you close an app soon after launching it.
