login failure to ironcald online

I have installed the game and played singleplayer for a while now. But I wont to start playing multiplayer. So here is my problem:

When I am in the game and press ironclad online I need to create an account. I put in an username, a password, cd - key and e-mail.

When I press enter I get a message :

Add Account failed

account key already registered

Can anyone please help me with the problem??:-)
