Unable to Login to ICO

Hi everyone.

I just wanted to play a bit Sins like i did yesterday but ICO does not longer allow me to log in. It states that i got an old version. Regarding to the sins update-page the current version is: Sins of a Solar Empire v1.193. GameStop App states that my version is: 1.193.078.

I checked the updates-tab of the GameStop App and there is no update available.

Any suggestions? :)

It looks like the separate installs GameStop has for the base game and Entrenchment were not updated on to the latest version last month--they are still giving you the Nov 2011 build. The latest versions should be 1.195 (base) and 1.055 (Entrenchment) and those are working correctly as part of Trinity. I'll reach out and see if we can get this sorted with them.

Same issue here.

 

I also have a digital copy of trinity from the stardock webstore I haven't installed yet. Where does that version update from? Is it completely disconnected from Gamestop? Because that would be great.

If you have Trinity from the Stardock store, you can just download the latest version or patch install from there again, there is no need to use GameStop for that.

Latest for Entrenchment is 1.055, that isn't what I've got from the stardock store, Won't update, tells me I have the latest version at 1.053.

Can someone please tell me how I can get 1.055 so I can get back online?!!!!!

We've sent the correct builds over to GameStop, they should have the update up before too long.
