Installation Start8 Version 1.1 not possible

I have installed Version 1.03 and it works well.

 

Now I tried tol install Version 1.1.

 

a message said "That version couldn´t install on this PC, please contact the Software Vender"

 

That´s all

Thats an unusual message.

Is this Windows 8 32 or 64 bit or Server?

Exactly when does this message come up? When first launching the install? During the install? After the finish panel of the install? When running the app? Are you running Windows 8 regular, Pro, or Enterprise? Or Server 2012?
