This being a very fresh startmenu look of my first master skin. On Woodoku I was happy to play

with wooden stuff. Now I am trying to play a bit with metallic one. I understand this is not too much

for you to get any concrete picture, but I would like to share my first steps with you to 

see what you think about it. Not sure how much time it takes to finish as we are still awaiting a new born

(Due date is today or tomorrow they say). So definitely I do not know, once Mathew is born, what will be

the best way to combine taking care of him and family with skinning. But let´s see. When releasing Technix

I told I would not be doing another one and then I created 3 other skins. 

 

Comment, critisize, whatever... I am always happy to see your thoughts.

Actually, the more I think about it, maybe making those tubes look "Organic"  - like vines is a really good angle... like "Organic Construct"... maybe having them branch out and wrap around the tubing in the non stretching/non tiling parts of the start menu? Could look really cool...

Seth, a pic is badly needed. At this point I am not sure if there is a match on having a metal skin with organic elements. Given that I am not saying I am skinning and I will do it my way. Absolutely not. But some sketch or anything like in case of the BREEZE start butoon you gave me would be better. Try to think up anything and let me have some drawing of yours. Thank you mate. This is the first time actually I have seen that skin. I can assure you I wasn´t inspired by anything like that when creating CONSTRUCT. And yes it has a similar feel.

Tom: Didn't intend that mention as showstopper at any means. :-) Sooner or later the pipe idea will pop up every few years. Sountox itself was heavily inspired by "Thredz" for example. + Your graphic skills and possibilities are much better than ours in 2001 (Actually the only thing I am still proud of is the animated iris, that noone did at any time). I will follow this skin closely and enjoy the outcome. :-)

My friend, I do not feel any offense on your shout. No worries there. I guess you are so nice to be a showstopper. When starting up with Consturct, in fact I am still at the beginning with it, I felt like the pipe look might be fine and new. Hardly to believe I am not the first one but when bearing in mind the length of skinning, a bunch of years, then it is innevitable that some designs might pop up from time to time.

I will try my best.
