Eee-yup.  Even though you might have 2000 PvP games under your belt from Sins/Entrenchment/Diplomacy, you'll still start out with a record of 0-0 in Rebellion.

I just logged on (5:00 pm U.S. EST) and saw a RECORD BREAKING 930 people online!!!!!
