Unable to update and Fallen Enchantress not in list anymore

I get every day the message that a new update was found. When I open Stardock Central I can not see any update available. My second problem is that I do not see Fallen Enchantress neither in the list of installed software, nor in the list of downloadable games.
I post this in one thread, because both problems started when I canceled an update that was found. Fallen Enchantress was installed through Stardock Central and can still be started with the direct link on my desktop. Update checks are activated with "only notify me" option.
How can I fix this? I already reinstalled Stardock Central without uninstalling it before, but this did not help. If I uninstall SC before, does it find Fallen Enchantress as installed software?

Others have reported similar issues. You should be able to resolve it by using the latest full installer from http://download.stardock.com rather than SDC.

I have the same.

But I have another problem as well. I can't login to download.stardock.com because it only accepts a valid email as a login, and my login isn't an email address. How's that possible, I dunno. I've been waiting a couple weeks (and some, I guess) for help from Stardock support, but I guess I'll have to keep waiting and not patch. Who needs patches after all..

It looks like the problem is that you've somehow got something other than an email entered as the email on your account. Support should be able to correct that. Make sure you check your spam folders and do not send any further mails before getting a human response (as that will reset your place in line).

I have to say.. it makes me wonder if "do not send new messages or you reset in the queue" is a correct approach from Stardocks part. It's now over 3 weeks since I reported my login problem and I'm tempted to start thinking that Stardock support is non-existant. Resetting me in the queue if I provide further information or ask if the support ticket is even up makes me wait 'an another' month - a time in which even more patient customer feels, that I shouldn't have left my stuff to that barrel..

If you want to see if there is any particular holdup besides support being backlogged (which they are due to Win8 and the recent holiday but they certainly not by three weeks), post your ticket number here and we can have it checked on.
