[.991][suggestion...again]Dont give me an option to go to a tile to see if I can build what's there when I can't

I was just given the option to go to a tile and 'see if i can build a pasture there' if I can't. It says I need animal husbandry to build there which I don't as this is only turn 2. How about just saying that I will be able to build there when animal husbandry is researched and then reminding me when it has been researched.
