Hunter and mercenary upkeep 4.5 gildar per season

Fix please. And keep working on mercenary troops. By the way, I think that the upkeep of basic unit is too large,  or  ัity providing too little gildar. It is better to return to the old tax system, where the number of people affected by income.

And is not it better to use diplomatic  resource instead  gildars? If not, you still pay attention to the huge 4.5.
