is there anyone that could do the vista tweeking for my windows glass windowblind on the gui,,if so i will do the parts and send you the wb with the vista sub so you can tweek it,,as i dont have vista ,,

Madcat, if you have help tweaking your blind, you can't enter it in the GUIC. It has to be all you.

 

Now, you can have it tested by someone else.

it will be all my own ,,tweeking is alowed as who dos it will only be making sure the buttons sit right and if they dont all they will be doing is moving them so they do..for vista ,,y you no enyone who can do it,,

I think someone can test for you, and report changes that need to be made. But if they actually make the changes for you, I don't think it would be allowed in the GUIC.

 

I could be wrong. You should check first.

Entries

  1. All entries must be NEW and ORIGINAL artwork that has not been submitted to any other gallery or site prior to September 4th, 2012.
    • Entries can be submitted to other sites once they have been approved and posted publicly to the GUI Champs competition galleries.
  2. You may not obtain permission from other artists to incorporate their work into your submission.  Everything submitted, every graphical element must be entirely the creation of the person submitting.
  3. No use of stock imagery, corporate logos, or other promotional material.
  4. No pornographic or copyrighted material will be accepted!
  5. Enter as often as you want, but every entry must be different.  No variations on the same artwork, please.

The bolding is mine. I believe that Jim has it right. If anyone can tweak something for you, then that would mean that anyone could make the graphics and have someone else put it together for them.

but thay are my graphics and my blind,,all im asking is if i do the graphics for vista and make a vista sub with the graphics in ,and have someone who has vista just to make sure they are sitting right and if they need to move a bit to the right then i dont see any prob with them moving it 2/3 pix to the right,,the rules dont say they cant do that,,i mite be wrong ,,it prob best to just leave it then..
