[.983][bug] AI sov buying habits

Dont know if this has been spotted, but now in 2 different games, where I subdued enemy sovs to vassals, they both have had tons of leather greaves in inventory. Like, 30 pieces or so. Dont think they should be spending gold like that, even if desperate.

I think it has something to do with one of Derek's fetishes. I bet that Lord Xia discovered his secret & used it to blackmail Derek into putting a pony into the game!
