How to make objectdock autohide and appear for maximised application when mouse touch the edge?

checking Autohide the "show dock when mouse touches edge" should be grayed

just check Accessibility > "Autohide"  for me is working see the image below Firefox is maximized and the dock is at top !

yes i checked auto hide, the "show dock when mouse touches edge" is grayed but it still wont appear when my firefox is maximised.

try this way: right click on the dock> Settings > View > click on Autohide

also check if you have 3d parties applications keeping Firefox always on Top

Thanks frankell, just found out that for maximised MS word or windows explorer the auto hide function works fine but for firefox it wont reappear again after hiding. Seem like fault lies within my firefox. Sill i have no idea what is it.

Try to make Firefox Maximized and not Topmost using the Windows command (between minimize and close)

I experimented that ObjectDock will not reappear if you maximize Firefox using the F11 key (and probably other Firefox addons with the purpose to maximize Firefox)

Looks like OD re-appear just fine with my firefox  for a few minutes, then after that OD refuse to appear again.

When i restart firefox, OD works ok  again but also just for 1-2 min.

Try with this trick using Sizer

configure Sizer as I did 1.280 x 990 ( if you have my same resolution 1280 x 1024)  always leaving 2 pixels from the top

any way I also considered the space for the taskbar

 for other resolutions try by yourself ... and let me know !
