A must for diplomacy and quests!

A quest destination spawned within the region of another player. I cannot complete the quest because they kick me out of their region unless I decide to declare war.

Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to request open borders. Please, please add in this addition for diplomacy!

I like that they can do this. It makes the quests part of the world, instead of being completely separated from everything else.
