I've played a few games now.
1 game I played for about 1 hout before getting disconnected from Ironclad online. Another one for just 10 minutes.
I always eventually get disconnected. I use a wired fast connection from Comcast. It doesn't disconnect me from steam or anything else but just Ironclad. Any ideas how to fix this?
I know in the past some users have had similar issues though I'm not sure how they were resolved. Other forum members here may know of a fix or have a link to an older thread which describes one.
Worst case scenario you can message [email protected] I believe and that will setup a ticket in their system. They are usually very helpful in trying to diagnose any problems.
I have the same problem. Whenever I try to login it instantly says: "Disconnected from Ironcland Online"
This was after I got kicked from Ironclad Online 2 times in a row when I was hosting (sorry, Ooloo and others I was hosting for)
Just tried stardock support and incredibly lazy response to directing me to the Q&A page then closed my ticket. Wow.
I just tried another online game where I got disconnected after 15 minutes. This is hugely annoying as I bought this game full price to play multiplayer. Sometimes I get disconnected in the game lobby as well.
Any help?
