Randy Couture, former UFC title holder and has been in a few action movies. He was more prominent in the first Expendables... "Cauliflower Ear".

Oh, and the movie is good if you're going in expecting a summer popcorn flick with ridiculous action sequences and plenty of one-liners. It's basically a 1 hour, 42 minutes version of that "Dr. Pepper 10, it's not for women" commercial.
