Help! Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion wont start!

Hello! Just yesterday I downloaded Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion, hoping to play. However, much to my dismay, when i tried to start it out of steam (and later from shortcut), something happened. The screen went black, and i heard a "Bleep". I Alt-Tab, and find a second box has opened, titled "Minidump". The box says "An Error has caused Sins to stop working correctly. A report on this Error has been logged for the developer." I click the Ok button, and another small box pops up saying "Saved Mini Dump" With the location "C:\Users\ERICJO~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump\Sins-Rebellion V1.031-2012-08-16-09-36-57-4300-4148.dmp"

I Go to that location on my computer, and find multiple dmp files (I tried to start the game a couple of times so i assume theres one file for each startup attempt) of that name
"Sins-Rebellion....."

Please help! I had to play the Dev-file last night instead! Thanks in advance!

I tried to. However, stardock thought it was a great idea to not post their email and simply set it as "email here" link. My microsoft email wizard isnt working too well... and i tried to make a ticket, but that system glitched as well (set it as gaming department, says it doesnt exist!).
