My other three starbases go dorment at a star when I research moblie starbase

As soon as I research mobile starbase the other 3 starbases I had at my star went to sleep and I relized it was he research I had done, anybody else have this problem?

Its a known bug. Its based off of the concept that with bringing in more than one Orky to a gravwell making the younger one shuts down. Hopefully the devs will fix this for star gravwellls.
