skin: how do I enable Explorer dialog (file/ folder open) in this skin?

the Explorer dialog works fine in most other skins (like default Diamand etc.)

 

I am not really experienced in SkinStudio and editing skins .. but I know there is some of you out there who are :)

 

WinAqua, both sub styles (I use the 2009) - please dl from here.

 

WB 7.3 build 309 in Win7 x64
