Activation Errors

I haven't played any version of this game in a while, last time I played in fact it was still using Impulse.  However, now that I tried playing the game again all my activations are failing.  It is not allowing me to reactivate my game and Impulse now game stop as you guys sold out, is refusing my login to reinstall (as I attempted to uninstall reinstall to fix error).  Please help me get back into my game.

Okay I got game spot to redownload and install my game, however is says there is no serial number found in the registration file.  even though the game is registered, whenever I try to play a metaverse game.

Thanks kryo for your response as sometimes it's hard to find older threads, however, I did attempt to follow as it states, the last link in this post by Rosco_P goes nowhere, it's a dead link or I'd try that.  Everything else has failed.  I suspect that this may have worked being that there aren't many posts thereafter. 

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.  Also I did send an email to [email protected] last night shortly after posting this, I even tried installing it on a different PC of mine that never had the game installed to see if it would work there with the same error.
