ImperatorPavel's Definitive List of Sins Mods

ImperatorPavel's Definitive List of Sins Mods

I made a list of mods, as well as links to download them.  It's here:

https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=254986dc2ae6afcd&resid=254986DC2AE6AFCD!110&parid=254986DC2AE6AFCD!106&authkey=!AG8hlZdgFj1SZxQ

Anyone can use it, just make sure you mention that the file was created by me.

Note: I decided to do the file by category, and so added a filter.  If you know what type of mod you want, click the drop-down arrow in Cell A1, click filter, and checkbox and/or uncheckbox what type of mod you want.

*To any mods I have missed*  Either PM me on these forums with a link to you mod page, or send an email to [email protected]

Happy Modding!

@TobiWahn_Kenobi, and boshimi336

I had originally figured it would be better to just have hyperlinks to the mod thread than to have hyperlinks to a direct download, mainly for the reasons mentioned by boshimi.

Thanks! And could you add this alternative link to the SOTYR mod?

https://bitbucket.org/TobiWahn_Kenobi/sotyr/wiki/Home

best regards

Tobias

Is there a way to make a category that combines "Races" and "Enhancements"?  That is basically what 7 Deadly Sins.  It adds races, but also adds enhancements.

The categories are somewhat vague, more detailed and specific ones would help describe the mods they cover a little bit better.

Maybe "Race + Enhancements"? (real original...I know lol)

@TobiWahn_Kenobi

I'll add the alternate hyperlink when I can.  At the latest, it will be added this next weekend.

@Everyone

The categories as they are are temporary.  They're just a stopgap solution.  They will be changed into more detailed categories during the summer.  Thank you for your concern, though.

About 7DS: It adds a few planet types too, so it pretty much is an expansion for Sins.  I only put it into the "Race" category because I was at a loss of what tcategory to put it in.

The list will get more detailed as time goes on.  I still have yet to add the DoV official site to the list.

This will be revised. Be patient, please.

I also asked Yarlen to sticky this thread.

I would strongly consider "tagging" instead of "categorizing"...

For example, if a mod adds both races and planets, it would be tagged as "Race" and "Planets"...

Ooo! This one!

I like that too

The tagging would work very well.  Have a list on the (x-axis I guess) which would have stuff like planets, race, textures, blah blah whatever.  Then on your y-axis (where your mod list is) you could just mark an X under what "stuff" the mod adds.

If that makes any sense...lol

When I do it,  I'll worry about organization.

Now you shouldn't.

Added it.

You're Welcome.

Added the Sins calculator to the list.  (Yes, there is a such thing)

Are Maelstrom and Sci-Fi multiverse supposed to be the same link?

Reply #43 Top

oops.  That will be changed.

Adding compatibility indicators to mod rows...  If modders could tell me what game or expansion pack the mod is currently compatible with, that would be helpful.

Also, If you think your mod deserves a different category than what it is in currently, please say so.

Just wanted to say this is an awesome list.

I still need to add compatibilities.  I haven't played any of these mods in awhile.  I thought about letting someone else who has more time do that.  I don't have time during the school year. :(

I just got back into Sins after a couple years (didn't even have a computer).

Trying to find all the old mods i used to use, but there was one graphics mod to improve graphics and effects that was extremely popular, and i just cannot remember the name or anything about it, other than most mods used it and it was considered one of the best graphics mods available.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Who is the REAL ImperatorPavel? What dark secrets is he hiding in his closet?

Reply #49 Top

I am the real ImperatorPavel.

I just haven't been on the Sins forums in a while.
