[0.79 Fleet Supply Bug] Fleet Supply Info Card is cooking the books

So, this is actually two separate little bugs.

Bug 1: When a capital ship is are queued up, that fleet cap displayed for them is in the fleet supply info card is 50 + (Supply For All Active Caps). This weird total doesn't include past capital ships, just active ones, (checked by scuttling a few caps). Easiest way to replicate is to quick start and rush a second cap, it will show as "Queued" with 100 supply.

Bug 2: When a Titan is queued up, it doesn't show up as a queued ship in the fleet supply info card at all.

I don't remember this being part of Diplo (it may have been, I didn't play sins for a few months before rebellion) but when you go and put a bunch of ships in queue and then up your supply cap, then put more ships in, it stops the previous ship queue.

Annoying :(

For as long as I can remember the listing of queued capital ships showing twice as much supply used has been in the game. I am fairly sure the mathematical bug was in Vanilla too. At least it was in Diplo and Entrenchment as well...

Would you believe Vanilla is the only version that doesn't have this bug?

I just checked Entrenchment and Diplomacy... they both have EXACTLY the same problem with queued caps.<_<

Well, the good news is that since it isn't in Vanilla it should be easy enough to port in the fix... it does beg the question as to why it's fixed in Vanilla and not in the three subsequent versions :P
