My Sins Games Not Showing Up

I had purchased my various sins games through Impulse, so I wanted to give this SDC a try. My games are not showing up on SDC and when I go into my account downloads on your site, it tells me I have to use GamestopNow to download them.

 

I was lead to believe from earlier posts about SDC that I could get my downloads directly from SDC. Is this incorrect?

Sins isn't available on SDC yet, you will still need to use Impulse until then.  SDC is still currently in beta.

Thanks for the quick reply!  Once it has finished its beta cycle, will it have all of your games and apps on it?

Some games may not migrate over . . don't know for sure yet.

The list of games currently available directly from Stardock is:

Demigod
Elemental: War of Magic
Elemental: Fallen Enchantress Beta
GalCiv I: Ultimate*
GalCiv II: Ultimate
Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity

Anything else would have to go through Impulse/Gamestop for now.

 

 

*Not available through SDC

Not to sound whiny, but why Trinity but not the actual 3 pieces of the game?

Trinity took priority because it needed a standalone installer built regardless for it to be sold on other DD outlets.

Wait, GalCiv 2 Ultimate should be in SDC (obviously if I have purchased it/registered it)? Strange, mine isn't listed under "New Software".

 

Still available on the website, so not a big deal, but just wondering.

I have the same problem: I bought all my games directly from Stardock (before the sale to GameStop) yet none of them show up on the new Stardock Central.  This includes:

Sins of a Solar Empire (plus the two follow-ups)

Galactic Civilization II

Galactic Civilization II Dark Avatar

Swords of the Stars Complete

 

I have several other games from Stardock that are not currently installed, but none appear in any of the SDC windows even after refreshing. I found this odd because the old SDC had no problem identifying all my games.

 

Note: all of my games (and their serial numbers) appear in the Stardock website under "My Downloads".

I was thinking about starting a new post, but my matter fits here very well.

I just brought a copy of Elemental Fallen Enchantress on the game homepage but it isnt showing up on My Downloads page. Also couldnt find it on SDC. Already checked the Show beta downloads box.

I had the folowing message:

Order Status: Not Processed
Your order has not been fulfilled.

But already recieved a SMS from my bank saying the purchase was aproved. I was wondering if it might be some problem with the purchase or i just have to wait a while until it processed?

You posted at 12.33 am, Stardock time....ie. no-one is there to  do the 'processing'...;)
