[Buffs] Advent Factions-Rebellion beta 2

Please list all the buffs you have noticed:

So far i have gathered:

1. Repair platforms also regenerate shields and hull

2. +20% tax income from either culture or the Illum (yes very confusing) [bug?]

3. Repulsion from the guardian also targets Titans and Corvettes

Edit

4. Receive Phase Missile block in their culture

Edit

5. Antimatter Recharger has been renamed into the Temple of Rejuvenation and is now able (for the Advent Rebels) to restore the shield of capital ships in orbit besides restoring their antimatter.

Please add some more and explain how they work so i can edit the main post above?

Does Mass Transcendence affect titans?

Seems like it i played a game yesterday, where i met a loyalist  advent in the end with a heavily leveled titan. from my experience he couldn't have been that high (same level as my titan) after i conquered the rest of the map and all other fleets. The Advent Loyalist Titan is also very strong maybe a bit too strong. Nearly ripped my fleet in half with just his little capital fleet. You have to focus on the capital ships and titans or your fleet will fight itself to death.

The loyalists' damage to reduce damage with 40% is quite immense, especially when combined with vertigo and a few guardians.

Well there's the phase missile block that was added to their culture effects.

How does that work-could you take a screen-shot of any info cards? Sounds weird they added phase-missile block to culture. What else was added?

Mass-T could over-power the advents titans very early in their operations which makes sense since there said to be weaker. It usually meant getting cleansing brilliance and level 6 raptures very easily in trinity.

No

Blackwolf1987 was most likely playing a high level AI and they get to give their capital/titan ships free levels.

I've noticed this applies on all ships. Ships don't need tax income buffs!?

As in purchase levels up to level 10?

What Mass Transcendence does is grant extra xp when a capital ship gets xp. At the first level of MT, capital ships gain free xp until level two (it also increases the amount of xp that capital ships get), when MT is at the second level, capital ships gain even more free xp, and this will stop until level four (at this level, there is a 50% increase to received xp). MT does nothing with titans.

MT does nothing with titans.

The titans still get extra XP from destroyed enemies I think. They just don't get the free levels.

Do they get extra XP? I do know that the research info card says nothing about titans. I am unable to look into the entity files to confirm this, but I do know that you can. Mayhaps you should take a peek?

Also, GoaFan77, if possible, could you tell me how you view the info in the .entity files? I am at a loss.

I believe this comes from the Advent Rebel's Expulsion ability, which grants increased income and culture to a planet once all enemy ships have left the gravity well.

For some reason, the buff also applies to ships that where in the gravity well.

You need to convert them using ConvertData...

Or you can just download them:

The most hilarious thing about that ability is that I think it applies to enemy scouts. Every time one passes through your territory, bam, income increase.

I actually played around with the idea of possibly suggesting that ability be moved down in the tech tree, a lot of players colonize before finishing off the miltia, meaning that it would give Advent Rebels an (admittedly temporary) early game eco boost from expulsion activations via militia and scouts.

Not sure how well that would work though.

It does work from scouts. That's pretty awesome and might just make your enemy think twice before scouting.

Having it earlier would also be pretty awesome.
