Mod Installer Request

Assuming the game is popular and assuming there are many people who want to use mods, but lack the ability to do so, would anyone be willing to make an installer program that actually puts the files where they need to go?

This is out of my area of expertise, but Murteas or someone well versed in software might be able to help out here. Just a thought about the endgame for modding.

NSIS is a free installer scripting language that allows one to create installer files. It's unlikely I'll have enough free time to do it but if that changes I'd be happy to whip one up.

I note that game supports mods. Why not try putting it in the userprofile\my documents\my games\fallenenchantress\mods\ folder (different path in Win 7), activating Use Mods setting in the game, restart and see if all is good?

Apparently DsRaider is also willing to work on this. Maybe you two should get together on this. I would love to have something by this Fall. Would be nice to have some polish on day one mod releases.  B)

I am certainly willing to step in to help this effort if it is needed.  I'll keep an eye on this in particular once we get "The Spreadsheet" .
