I pre-ordered the game so months ago and waited for the game as excited as a kid on Christmas. Now, when you start charging, you waiting so long that the game was ordered on my old card, which was cancelled when I got the new one. I re-ordered the game again but does this mean that I won't get into the beta??? Please tell me my fears are unfounded Ironclad...
Dont worry, you will get in. You're in the same boat as I am, we'll just be at the end of the list like everyone else who ordered today.
I had ordered clear back in April 2011, so I was pretty early on the list of keys - except the whole thing failed because banking information had changed.
Nobodies at fault, we just have to wait a little bit longer today than others.
You will get in. I am in the same boat I know I just got processed and I am just waiting on my email for download. You will get it today or tomorrow. Dont worry your in.
Check your stardock account, I didnt got an email. My keys were in tab "My downloads".
I ordered my game one year ago, somehow it's not been processed, just re-ordered it and waiting... no biggies tho, we will get da cake
