Forum Avatar (pic) Problem

I don't see a non-specific support forum anywhere, so I figured I'll just ask here.

Whenever I try to upload a picture for my forum avatar I get a 401 error. Any idea what that is? The rules are smaller than 40kB, no more than 100x100, and either .jpg. or .png. My file is 16.6kB, 78x100, and .png.

Just go on joeuser.com and upload it there, that's what I did. There's solutions around if you search for them.

Ah cool, funny that thats being looked at just now, because the same happened a few years back when I first tried it.
