My serial activated 12/15/2010. I got response from support about partial access.
Waiting 2 weeks for beta access. Any estimated time?
4 weeks and still no beta access.
How long I am supposed to wait ?

Next Thursday, we plan to release BETA 2 which is intended to go out to everyone who purchased Elemental: War of Magic in 2010 plus anyone who has pre-ordered Fallen Enchantress.
At the moment I think those with access have mostly stopped playing, and are awaiting Beta 2. We have discussed Beta 1 to death 
So next weekend its all joy for everyone!
I know I have, can only play and talk about the same beta for a week or so. Most of the big bugs are caught and reported by then and many changes are already being implemented and decided on by Stardock for future builds, so there isn't much more for us to do.
I've been playing it out of boredom, it's still a decent game despite the flaws, but I'm ready for Beta 2 and have been for 2 weeks now.
As for your beta access, you'll likely get it this week.
