Race selection

or lack there of

Not sure if this is a glitch, or by intention, but when you go to make a custom race, not all of the races are available. Trog and Quendar are both not available. There may be others, not sure. Anyone else notice this?

Never mind. It appears that certain races are exclusive to Empire or Kingdom factions. Which makes sense, and I think it was the same way in EWOM , so most likely not a glitch.

I hope Tarth is one who can be Kingdom or Empire. I wish they all were. Please allow the player full freedom to craft their own story to explain a custom factions philosophical leanings towards Empire or Kingdom.
