How to have grouped teams?

Me and my buddy would like to play cooperative multiplayer against bot teams on random maps, but it doesn't seem to be possible to start near allies.

Any way to do this?

You might want to look into team-based custom maps (made in Galaxy Forge), but that would require figuring out where your Application Data folder is and where to add the maps. See the second post of this thread for some more info: http://www.tinyurl.com/Sins5
