How do you permanently remove and edit all startup programs in Windows 7?

For example, I have the following error each time I start up Windows 7 (32-bit):

I know how to set permission from Admin so a program requiring Admin can run at startup in a user account, but I'm not sure how to be able to remove and edit from all startup programs in Windows 7.

Open run and type msconfig. Use the startup tab.

I did know about msconfig, but I can't see anything with "Auslogics" or "BoostSpeed" or similar in it in the Startup tab.  Although that may just mean it's using the Admin account, because msconfig seems to require an admin password to run.

Try CCleaner, it has a startup cleaner as well.  Also, Tweak7 too. :)

StevenAus... what type of account are you using (Administrator, Standard, Guest, Group)?

It is a Standard account that I converted from Administrator.  So it used to be an Administrator account, but I converted it to a Standard account when I found out that that was the way to go for security.  However I haven't been able to get rid of that message yet.

If you installed it under an Admin account, it may be that it needs to be re-installed under your new Standard account. Have you tried re-installing the program?

That Autoruns program was exactly what I wanted!  It helped me remove that error really quickly, thanks for the link!

To Wizard - I know how you can set up a program that requires admin credentials to run on a standard user account by providing admin credentials.  However, Boostspeed was one of those giveawayoftheday or similar things, so I wouldn't be able to re-install it in the near future.  However, the first sentence of this paragraph solves this problem. =)
