Your graphics are beautiful, but there are some issues with your start menu.  You need to go into the extra settings tab and put in the height of your graphics because it's not stretching correctly.  This is what it looks like right now: 

Also, I personally would choose a different font color for the taskbar buttons font, and I would choose different colors for the mouseover glow on the titlebar buttons.  The red on the close button really doesn't coordinate very well with the gorgeous aqua that is the primary color of the skin.

Also, you show a lot of potential as a skinner, but you left a lot of this unskinned (left the original template graphics in the skin) especially in the Edit Controls section, where you only skinned a few of the items.  Your graphics skills are wonderful, but you need to apply them to all areas of the skin. 

wird it dosent strech on your desk, it do for me,  il look into it , but not easy for me when it streches on my screen  

ofc taskbar fonts, i only use icons so i guess i missed out on that .

 kinda agree on the close button glow, mabe need a more faded color, looks kinda to powerfull.

and to the unnskined part , the skin isent all completed yet and need a update or two,

It's always a good idea to get somebody to be your skin tester.  I can't tell you how many times I've thought my skin was perfect, only to find it looked like crap on somebody else's computer.  One of the reasons I LIKE the ranking system here at WinCustomize, is because lower ranking skinners can partner with higher ranking skinners and learn from them by having them be testers, but even the master skinners who have been here for a long time and helped more people than I can count, have people they rely on to test their skins before they release them.

I'm a journeyman, and I have Vampothika, who is a master, test my skins; she always sees something that I never even noticed.  Rank isn't just a forum/mod thing -- it's a way to tell who has been here for a while, knows their way around the customization software that they use and has HELPED a bunch of people, too. 

Edit Startmenu and Taskbar-->Edit Startmenu-->Extra Settings (tabs)-->Height of Part (Vista/7)

Change that number to equal your graphic height for Top, Left hand side, Right hand side, Bottom bar and All Programs background.

i meen the part in the windows7 o/s not sks my menu is locked i also want it to strech 

guntil i manage to fix this turn menusize to 10 10 in the menu you change what to show on your desktop and use big icons on the taskbar. see if that fixes the streching.

the reason of the early reales was the testing part to get feadback so tnx what your doing is helping alot .

I am very glad that you decided to rethink your opinion and approach. You get a second chance to make a first impression.

There are a lot of people involved in making WinCustomize the great place it is. I think you will be one of those people, maybe even making Master yourself someday. 

  I wish you luck with your skinning future, your graphics look great and show that you have a lot of talent. I hope that you will brighten the galleries here with your work. You don't have to make things for free, but it is a great way to sharpen your skills, get exposure and feedback, so I truly hope you do.

tnx glad to hear you will give me one more try, im trying to use the galery but it dosent get accepted, so i guess im doing somthing wrong wen cleaning up the diamond bredcrumbs leftovers or i missed out on some unfinished spots in the skin,
so i uploaded it to my server so so pple can have a look and hopfully tell me where it isent following the guidlines,
so i need a tester ,
i can understand if ppl dont want to help after my heavy approatch so i guess i just need to keep on trying until it do get accepted soomday

Let me start by saying I am NOT a skinner (or even close) but in the interest of being constructive, I looked at your skin. I hope this can be of some help to you.

Those with more experience will better know what to look for but these stood out to my untrained eyes.

The shadow on this text makes it look blurry.

The corners need to be cleaned up.

When the menu expands to the right ( cursor is on Notepad button) I get a vertical as well as horizontal stretch.

Using small Taskbar icons shifts the systray icons off-center. Also, the volume icon is too close to clock

The mouse over button glow for these doesn't work right with IE9, but is ok for explorer windows.

 and just an opinion: The blank graphic over the start button that slides left on m/o looks too plain. Could use a color or graphics change.

For your first effort, it is an excellent start.

I am not trying to be critical, I only wish for you to make it even better.

yea i just notis now when you told me about the extra strech, guess its bec of a larger grafick image, i also see the gracick all programs/extended is off on your image  ill fix this tnx ,,:)

if you meen the blue shadow, thats next on my list also the inner shadow of that windo is going to be more methal like the eges of the startmenu and clock, kinda like cut metal,

the taskbar is build for big icons only, if you look at the animation when smal icons it dosent fit to the taskbar, and i dont think i can chage startbuton in small taskbar, only,  anyone now a fix to this issue ?..

glow.  like k10 was saying earler the glow dosent fit at all to the skin color need to fix the entire thing also ie9 i forgoth this i only use google chrome ie9 suck bigtime but ofc this also need to be fixed

and the clock i know about but im waiting for a update so i can do mouseover glow on the clock and this will hopfully move the icons away from the

clock but for now i use no taskbar icons then only the expander is next to the clock, .
